Proximity Data Centres, a regional edge colocation data center provider in the UK, recently announced opening its tenth facility. Proximity Milton Keynes Edge 10 is a 48,000 sq ft building constructed as a Tier 3 standard data center. It has multiple data halls and can provide 3 MW of power.
The new data center is located on 3.2 acres of land. It offers low latency connectivity via multiple tier 1 carrier connections, including dark fibers with fully diverse links. With its convenient location in Milton Keynes, the facility will serve Central England — one of the UK’s largest regions.
